My Nissan began giving me trouble suddenly and would not start without jump starting the battery. I wasn’t sure if the problem was the battery, alternator or both. I made an appointment at Goss Garage and they ran a diagnostic test and determined it was only the battery. They quickly replaced it and I was on my way. Fast, reliable and reasonable service and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

excellent experience with Goss. They were kind from the start on the phone, considerate, and professional. They gave me info about dropping the car over the weekend and we’re accommodating when I had to instead drop my car the day of. They received my car late (my fault) and still completed it by mid afternoon! They had told me they had other appt they may not be able to get to it, but it was clear they made a serious effort to get it done. Will absolutely be a return customer.
