I first went the Goss Garage II after an unreasonable estimate from AAA. The garage allowed me provide my own parts which is great. Goss always provided me with excellent service at fair prices. As long as you live in this area I will take you to take my vehicle to goss.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I took my Lexus I250 in on Thursday 7/9/20. The temperature gauge was going from normal to high and coolant was leaking out of the car onto the ground. I knew that I needed a water pump. They looked at the car for $25 came back, told me the water pump needed replacement, the radiator and something else. Total was approximately $2100. I took the car to another mechanic, I did not need a radiator. He charged me $1000.08. This place tried to take advantage of me telling me I needed a radiator when I did not. Astronomical prices, customer service was rude. I will steer everyone I know away from this place. I see that so many reviews are good and I don't know why. Perhaps people are not getting comparison prices and don't know they are getting screwed. This place is shady as hell, I will never take my car there again even for something as simple as to patch a tire or a car wash.
