Michelle in the front is so great, she answers every question you have and explains everything so you know what you’re getting. The got our car running smoothly again and let us use a loner vehicle while they were fixing our vehicle. Great customer service with great mannerisms! Definitely will be using them for all our needs.

Great customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by option to use loaner car. Front end staff was very courteous and helpful. Mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly. And of course they did excellent work that they stand by with a warranty.

My car's air conditioner was not working, I took the car in and they found the 2 leaks. My car had to stay overnight but I got a loaner car to use. The A/C works wonderfully now so I am set for the summer. I always take my car to Goss when I have a problem and have been satisfied every time.
