Quick and fast service. They did everything I asked but they do too much pushing about vehicle maintenance items and the prices are a bit high. They always leave a long list of things that they think I should do on the invoice. While that may be welcomed by those who don't know, it's an auto mechanic and I don't come to get pushy sales tactics.

The best place ever! Friendly, knowledgeable, amazing people who go "above and beyond" to make sure you are satisfied with the work done on your vehicle, and, they are so courteous and always available to answer any questions ... something one doesn't find often! Wonderful folks who make going to the garage a lot less painful!

They conducted a very thorough inspection of my car and its problems. I could not afford to fix all of them and they were very honest and helped me find those that were safety issues and those that could wait.

Best customers services plus good jobs

I had the unusual thought, for me, to leave a review after my first visit, but I didn't because I'm not really the type of person to do them. Now after my second visit, I feel that I need to. Both times I have gone in, I have felt welcome being there and that I could ask the silly questions I would typically keep reserved. For me, those two elements of going to the shop make it a comfortable environment. I had several things done during my first visit, and after their work, my car felt smoother. I could feel the difference in performance between the work Goss' did and that of my previous shop, both doing the same fixes. Not having the knowledge of vehicles but being able to sense that difference is as close as one can get to receiving tangible evidence to put confidence in someone else's work. The comfortable environment and confidence in capability set the stage to be receptive to their awesome customer service. Until I move, I will continue to go to Goss' Garage. Thank you.
