Goss Garage Auto Repair

Needed new tires for my truck. Goss' recommended a company to order tires from (tire rack) had them shipped directly to them and where installed the same day for a great price. Have to say customer service was very good.Rare to find that nowadays . Will defiantly give them a call when the need arises

This place is a rare gem for auto shops. Customer service and quality of work is on point! They let you know everything going on with your vehicle but don't try to force all the extra repairs down your throat which is relieving. They are very accommodating and try to get your vehicle back as soon as possible to get you back on the road. My only "Con" would be that I wish they were open on the weekend. At least Saturday. But that is not enough to rate them any less than 5 stars!! Keep up the outstanding work and customer service!

I leave it to users to read the thread of my reviews of Goss' Garage II here and on Yelp. I try not to repeat myself. A quick look at my Yelp profile will show you how infrequently I rate with five stars. "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" applies here. We've cycled our cars through Goss' Garage II. After several years of always have a car needing to go in, in, or just out of a different shop our cars are now running well and our confidence in them is high. Yesterday (Sunday) I sent an email to the shop expecting to hear back today (Monday) or possibly tomorrow (Tuesday) depending on how busy they are. I got a response back within a couple of hours. I'm really not sure if Anthony Weber, the owner, has as spectacular a memory as he seems or if he has a really good system of files and notes. I don't care. It is results that matter. We have a plan for the funny rumbling noise my wife has noticed in her car and he asked after mine. For me, the drive from Annapolis to Gambrills is well worth the confidence I have in service and quality of work. I recommend them regularly including to family and friends where a recommendation that doesn't work will come back to haunt me. I recommend Goss' Garage II to you also.

Trustworthy and honest repair shop! Highly recommended!!

I went to Goss’ Garage II to get my check engine light turned off to pass emissions. They have CREF certified VEIP Emissions techs that work there, so I was confident that they would at least be able to count toward my emissions waiver if I needed one. They treated me well and lived up to the reputation they have in the area. Not only did my car pass emissions, but they were comparably priced, they inspired confidence that they could do the job, and their people were all pleasant and helpful, even when I was indecisive. The only reason I might choose not to go back is that they don’t have a Carfax account so if you follow your car’s work on Carfax, you’ll need to enter it manually.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Goss' Garage. From the first phone call they were very attentive, accommodating and understanding that my Jeep is my baby and unfortunately I don't speak mechanic lol. Mick was able to break down the repair order line for line and explain everything in detail!! Without any attitude!! He went the extra mile to show me the spark plugs and the oily substance that was in my gas tank as well!! I am so grateful for your services, I have my baby back on the road with no further issues!! I will be definitely be back! Great Job Team! Oh not forget the complementary car wash!!

Best service ever!!!!

I went in on a Friday with loud noses coming from my car. I assumed it was my brakes, and lo and behold it was... along with my front axle rod and dry rotted tires. It was so bad they deemed it undrivable 😱! I came in very late before closing and they were nice enough to squeeze me in; they probably saved me and my daughter's life. Speaking of my daughter she loved the place, and everyone was so nice to her... she asked to go back again. They had my car ready by Monday, and even put gas in it 😊. Goss' garage has a new customer for life. Mick and the team were the best!

We were long time (20+ years) customers of the original Goss' Garage in Lanham, and were glad to see a second shop open up in Gambrills. The staff is outstanding and strives to provide true customer service every day. Their technicians are hand-picked and have extensive training, so there has never been any question about the quality of work being performed. They can be trusted to provide outstanding service for every make and model of car and truck!

I like Goss' garage because they are one of very few places that will install customer parts. The service staff were very friendly and detail oriented on all my service requests. Prices are fair, I will definitely be coming back
