The team at Goss' Garage II is exceptional. They are extremely customer service oriented. They provided an appointment for my vehicle in a timely manner, clearly stated what needed to be repaired and the cost, and completed the repair in the timeframe that was stated to me. It's fantastic that they have a service where they can pick you up or take you home, if you live close by. As a single person, I don't have anyone to count on for a ride, so this service is very important to me. I've had my car repaired twice at this location and have been very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Goss'.

Goss does a great job. Melissa and Dan are wonderful and helpful in the front office. I only wish the shuttle would make it to my house in Odenton.

I have used Goss Garage for all my vehicle maintenance and up keep for several years now. The men and Melissa always make me feel welcome. You have the choice for scheduled appointments or stopping by to to see if they can fit your car for same day service. I make sure to take the car in for a general checkup before driving cross country. The technicians even checked the pressure in the spare tire. In addition, I appreciate their shuttle van service.
