Great service and professional people. Had my tires replaced here and had an additional alignment service. I wanted a full alignment but Mechanic recommended a front alignment Service. Everything was smooth and uncomplicated and the service technicians were professional 10/10.

Professional auto care establishment with customer friendly consultants. Recently, I took my car there and was overcharged and did know it until the customer advisor called me a day later and apologized then corrected my bill. It was a small act but gained my trust in a big way. Now, they don't accept after market car coverages but their work is good enough for me.

I wish there were more stars, so I could rate Goss's Garage even higher. I didn't have to wait to schedule an appointment, they took my truck the next day. I had an appointment with my dealership. the dealership needed to hold my truck for no less then 3 weeks, they had a 25-car backlog before even looking at my truck, and no loaner car. The service I was having done, was mostly preventive maintenance; inspect the brakes, flush/change the fluid, inspect the trans, flush/change the fluid, inspect the rearend, flush/change the fluid, flush/clean the crankcase. Prior to all of that diagnosis's work being done. I wanted Goss's to check my engine, my truck had sprung an oil leak, after the dealership changed the oil, I thought my oil cooler had started leaking. Goss's Garage could have replaced it and made an easy $1,000, but they told me, no, my engine was fine, when the dealership changed my oil, they put in too many quarts. With all the inspections I had done, other shops could and probably would have charged me a fortune for needless work to my truck. Goss's is a very honest and fair priced shop.

The team at Goss Garage II have always been professional and knowledgeable from both the front desk staff and the technicians. Anthony has always been willing to take the time to answer any issues or concerns I have had and explains it in such a way to make the complex issues easy to understand. I know that taking my vehicle to be serviced by this team that they provide honest assessments and evaluations and I can without reservation accept their suggestions based on their integrity.

The service was quick. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Cost was reasonable. I’ll be back.

Great shop!!! My Camaro spent well over a month in a local dealership shop only to have it broken a total of 4 separate times. Goss Garage was able to repair someone else's mistakes. On a timely and very cost efficient manner. Dan is very professional and explains everything from start to finish. Complimentary wash is a very nice touch!! Been taking my Camaro in for another unrelated issue. Everyone at Goss is still Amazing. From the super talented techs and mechanics. To the front staff. Dan is knowledgeable and accommodating. And Melissa is wonderful and delightful and ever so helpful. Always keeping me informed just were we were in the repair process. I have had my Camaro since 2011 and he has been all over Bowie and Crofton for repairs. But Goss 's will forever be my one stop shop for my Camaro. I have surely stuck gold with Goss's Garage II !!!!!
